Abstract:
To provide an arc-welding system capable of rearing an operator skilled for arc-welding.SOLUTION: An arc-welding system includes: a welder A; an actuator 3; a controller 21 for controlling the welder A based on a prescribed program to perform weaving-welding, and further controlling the welder A such that, when a change operation command for changing a rocking center position of a welding torch or a rocking width of the welding torch is inputted from the actuator 3 in this welding, the change content of the change operation command is reflected; a camera 17 for photographing a moving image of a welding part; a display device 8 for displaying the photographing image; a storage unit 23 for storing the time-series data of the photographing image and the input time and change content of the change operation command; and a mechanical learning unit 22 for generating a prediction model by using the stored information, and then outputting the change content predicted from the time series data of the photographing image photographed by the camera 17 by using the prediction model for weaving welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
