Abstract:
To provide an arm exerciser by which a user can train a muscle force by adjusting intensity in accordance with an own muscle force.SOLUTION: An arm exerciser 10 includes: a head 100; two operation arms 200 in which each upper end part is connected to the head 100 by a rotation axis; and at least one gas spring 300 which is connected between the two operation arms 200 in the manner that a lower end is rotatably connected to the operation arm 200 of one side and that an upper end is connected to the upper side of the operation arm 200 of the other side. In the upper side of the operation arms 200, a movable hole 250 is formed which is arcuately extended with the lower end of the gas spring 300 as the center. The exerciser includes a slider 400 which movably supports the upper end of the gas spring 300 along the movable hole 250, and the slider 400 includes a stopper that fastens the slider 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
