PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black photosensitive resin composition excellent in resolution and electric insulation reliability.SOLUTION: The black photosensitive resin comprises at least (A) a binder polymer, (B) a colorant, (C) a thermosetting resin, (D) a radical polymerizable compound, and (E) a photopolymerization initiator, in which the (B) colorant includes (b1) a blue colorant, (b2) an orange colorant and (b3) a purple colorant.
