PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further suppress an increase of energy consumption at a time of recovery from delay.SOLUTION: An on-board system 100 comprises a delay time calculation unit 1, and a travel time adjustment unit 2. The delay time calculation unit 1 is configured to calculate delay time of a train T on the basis of schedule information 4 on the train T and present time. The travel time adjustment unit 2 is configured to allocate recovery time for recovering the train T from delay to a plurality of station-to-station sections and to adjust travel time in each of the plurality of station-to-station sections on the basis of at least either an allowance of each of the plurality of station-to-station sections or energy properties and of the delay time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
