To provide a ceramic electronic component with excellent reliability and improved capacity per unit volume.SOLUTION: A ceramic electronic component includes: a main body that includes dielectric layers 111 and internal electrodes 121 and 122; and external electrodes arranged on the main body while being coupled with the internal electrodes. Each dielectric layer includes a plurality of dielectric crystal grains G. For the dielectric layer, the number of dielectric crystal grains per unit thickness of 1 μm is 6 or more.
