Abstract:
To provide a cleaning device which can reduce heat energy cost.SOLUTION: A cleaning device includes: a cleaning liquid tank 3 in which cleaning liquid Ws for cleaning a pallet P is stored; a rinse tank 4 in which rinse water Wr for cleaning out the cleaning liquid Ws adhered to the pallet P is stored; a heat pump 5 which heats the rinse water Wr stored in the rinse tank 4 to about 40°C; an electric heater 6 which heats the rinse water Wr heated to about 40°C by the heat pump 5 to about 60°C; and many nozzles of a nozzle pipe N2 which jets the rinse water Wr heated to about 60°C by the electric heater 6 to the pallet P. The cleaning liquid Ws stored in the cleaning liquid tank 3 is used at a normal temperature without being heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
