Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cold rolling equipment of a metal strip capable of performing rolling without injuring plate-out property even when a rolling speed is lowered in the cold rolling equipment which performs hybrid rolling according to a circulation oil supply method, and to provide a cold rolling method of the metal strip using the cold rolling equipment.SOLUTION: In relation to cold rolling equipment of a metal strip of a circulation oil supply method which performs rolling while jetting low concentration coolant near the inlet side of a work roll and jetting high concentration coolant on the upstream side rather than a jetting position of the low concentration coolant, the cold rolling equipment of the metal strip has a control device which changes a jetting amount of the low concentration coolant in accordance with a rolling speed such that a tip of liquid reservoir of the low concentration coolant formed on a plate surface of the work roll inlet side does not arrive at the jetting position of the high concentration coolant. A cold rolling method of the metal strip for performing rolling by using the cold rolling equipment is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
