PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content of a first other communication device not connected to a prescribed radio network to a second other communication device to be connected to the prescribed radio network in a second state smaller in power consumption than a first state.SOLUTION: A communication device has: first transmission means that transmits information for shifting from a second state unable to execute a service smaller in power consumption than a first state capable of executing the service transmitting a content to the first state to a first other communication device not connected to a radio network performing communication using a communication mode larger in the power consumption than a Bluetooth(R) by means of the Bluetooth(R); reception means that receives the content from the first other communication device when the first other communication device is put into the first state in responce to the transmission of the information by the first transmission means; and second transmission means that transmits the content received by the reception means to a second other communication device via the radio network.
