Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite molding manufacturing method capable of increasing bonding strength between a metal molding and a rubber molding.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a composite molding in which a metal molding and a rubber molding are bonded to each other includes the steps of: continuously irradiating a laser beam to a bonding surface of the metal molding at an irradiation rate of 2,000 mm/s or more using a continuous-wave laser; and arranging in a mold a part including the bonding surface of the metal molding irradiated by the laser beam in the previous step, and heating and pressurizing, in a state where the bonding surface of the metal molding and uncured rubber becoming the rubber molding are brought into contact with each other, to obtain a composite molding in which the metal molding and the rubber molding are integrated with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: None
