Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound that gives a photosensitive composition excellent in sensitivity, and a production method of the compound.SOLUTION: An oxime ester compound comprising a carbazole ring or a fluorene ring as a main skeleton is provided, in which an aryl group, a heteroaryl group, a linear aliphatic hydrocarbon group including at least one of at least one bond selected from a carbon-carbon double bond and a carbon-carbon triple bond, each group having an electron-withdrawing group, or a combined group of these groups is introduced into the carbazole ring or the fluorene ring. The electron-withdrawing group is preferably a nitro group or a cyano group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
