Abstract:
To provide a connector which enables an inspection using an inspection camera without changing a height dimension of a housing.SOLUTION: A connector 10 comprises a housing 12 which can be fitted to a mating connector. The housing 12 includes: a mounting face 12A opposed to a surface of a circuit board 90; an end face 12B positioned at an opposite side of the mounting face 12A; a side face 12C positioned between the end face 12B and the mounting face 12A and turned to the outside in a width direction (lateral direction) crossing a fitting direction of the housing 12 and the mating connector; and a slant face 12D positioned in a corner 12E, which is formed from the side face 12C and the end face 12B, and linearly chamfered in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the fitting direction. In the connector 10, an angle of the slant face 12D is set in such a manner that a virtual extension surface Vs obtained by extending the slant face 12D to the side of the circuit board 90 includes a portion positioned outside of the connector 10 in the width direction (lateral direction).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
