Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winder which can suppress the lowering of the stop accuracy of a steel plate tail end fixed position depending on a shape of a tail end of a steel plate, and a control method of a steel plate tail end stop position.SOLUTION: A winder 5 comprises a tail end stop position control part 13 which discriminates whether or not a pressing force detected by a pressing force detection part 12 is not larger than a prescribed value, when the pressing force is not larger than the prescribed value, determines that a tail end of a steel plate S has passed a wrapper roller 53a, and stops the tail end of the steel plate S at a prescribed position by stopping the rotation of a mandrel 52. The tail end stop position control part 13 calculates a first correction coefficient corresponding to a width of the tail end of the steel plate S, and corrects the prescribed value by using the calculated first correction coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
