本発明は、デュアルバッテリーにおけるバッテリー間の充放電制御システム及び方法に関するものであり、外部システムに取り付けられたデュアルバッテリーにおけるバッテリー間の電圧差が適度な範囲以内である場合にバッテリー間の充放電が行われるように制御して、電圧差によるバッテリー間の充放電によって特定のバッテリーが劣化されてしまうという不都合を防ぐシステム及び方法に関する。
