If the generated notification information belongs to a specific category, a message display instruction unit (162) makes the display unit display, on the monitoring screen, a notification message based on the notification information. Upon receiving, from the user, a list-display request that specifies a notification-information category, the message display instruction unit (162) extracts, from the storage unit, notification information that belongs to the specified category and makes the display unit display a list of notification messages based on the extracted notification information.
