PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web cutting device with which dust generated in cutting a web does not adhere to a surface of the web.SOLUTION: In cutting an old web W1 and a new web W2 in a width direction while superposing them vertically, the web cutting device forms cutting spaces 98, 99 where a cutter 58 moves by an upper moving groove part 28 and a lower moving groove part 96 and sucks the generated dust by a dust suction part 102 while cutting the old web W1 and the new web W2 using the cutter 58.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
