Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring method and device which can deburr securely even when a dross amount generated as a laser burr and dross adhesive force are different because of different thicknesses and materials of a workpiece.SOLUTION: In a deburring method of deburring a workpiece by acting a rotation brush on a plate-like workpiece conveyed by a conveyor belt, an action diameter of the rotation brush 31 is detected, and a relative approaching distance of the rotation brush 31 to the conveyor belt 15 is controlled based on the detected action diameter and a thickness of the workpiece. Furthermore, a peripheral speed of the rotation brush 31 and a conveyance speed of the conveyor belt 15 are controlled based on the detected action diameter and the material of the workpiece to deburr the workpiece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
