Abstract:
To provide a table-top dicer that is able to efficiently and beautifully dice an article such as vegetable into a uniform size in a short time.SOLUTION: On an upper surface, a box-shaped frame 1 having an input cylinder 2 and a drive means 3 is equipped with a cutting mechanism, and the drive means 3 is a mechanism that converts a circular motion into a motion describing a square trajectory. The cutting mechanism is composed of: a movable frame 5 that reciprocates in a first direction in the box-shaped frame 1; and a composite comb blade board 6 that reciprocates in a first direction integrally with the movable frame 5 and also reciprocates in a second direction orthogonal to the direction. The composite comb blade board 6 makes a first cut line as this board moves in the first direction and makes a second cut line orthogonal to the first cut line as this board moves in the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
