Title:
DETECTION METHOD OF TLR STIMULATING SUBSTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016208851
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods of sharply and rapidly detecting Listeria bacteria included in samples, such as environmental water, a flagellin derived from Salmonella bacteria, a lipopeptide derived from Mycoplasma bacteria, or a lipopolysaccharide derived from pathogenic bacteria.SOLUTION: By using a method comprising culturing under the presence of a sample a macrophage cell in which an expression cassette having a promoter sequence of IL-8 gene and a reporter gene sequence operably linked to the downstream of the promoter sequence is introduced, Listeria bacteria in the sample, a flagellin derived from Salmonella bacteria, a lipopeptide derived from Mycoplasma bacteria, or a lipopolysaccharide derived from pathogenic bacteria can be detected simply and highly sensitively.SELECTED DRAWING: None
