Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a dish basket in which objects to be washed are placed; a washing tank in which the dish basket is accommodated; a washing pump that pressure-feeds a washing water; and a washing nozzle (7) that ejects the washing water. The washing nozzle (7) includes: a rotation shaft (16) into which the washing water flows; a plurality of tower flow passages (21), each having a tower ejection port (23); and a water separating mechanism (20) that switches the supply of the washing water to the plurality of tower flow passages (21). The water separating mechanism (20) is disposed above the rotation shaft (16). Due to this configuration, it is not necessary to dispose at a high position the dish basket that is provided in the washing tank. Therefore, a dishwasher with which high washing performance is achieved while maintaining the capacity of objects to be washed such as dishes can be provided.
