PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display adjustment device and the like capable of adjusting visibility depending on application.SOLUTION: A display adjustment method comprises the steps of: identifying a type of described information on a target object (S20); generating a plurality of superimposition patterns with gaps for covering the described information (S22); when the described information is to be covered with the plurality of superimposition patterns, determining the number of layers of the superimposition patterns to be used in a superimposing manner in accordance with the identified type of the described information and a level of visibility required for the described information (S21); and covering the described information with the determined number of layers of the superimposition patterns to adjust the visibility of the described information (S23, S24, S25, S27).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
