PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display surface protective cover that can remove dust from a display surface of an image display device body with a simple configuration, and an image display device including the same.SOLUTION: A display surface protective cover 10 transparently covers a display surface 23 of an image display device body 20 with a gap part 31 provided between the display surface 23 and the display surface protective cover 10, and is removably attached to the image display device body 20 while surrounding the entire peripheral area of the gap part 31.
