Abstract:
To securely perform a series of load transmission processes while performing collision load absorption by a low rigid body so as to protect a battery unit at a side collision.SOLUTION: In a lower structure of an electric vehicle mounted with a battery unit 11 below a floor, a battery frame 13 is provided below the battery unit 11. The battery frame 13 is provided with left and right longitudinal frames 31 comprising a closed cross-sectional member and arranged so as to extend in a front-back direction adjacently to the outside in a vehicle width direction of the battery unit 11, and a transverse frame 32 connecting the left and right longitudinal frames 31. Low rigid bodies 33 having a rigidity in a vehicle width direction lower than that of the longitudinal frames 31 are integrally formed in the outsides in a vehicle width direction of the longitudinal frames 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
