PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus capable of suppressing a coagulated substance of slurry formed on a coating delivery port of a die head, obtaining a coating film free from streaks or the like, and contributing to performance improvement of a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A coating apparatus 1 has a die head 60 having a coating delivery port 65 for discharging slurry 5 onto a seat substrate 3 conveyed by a roller, and a spray part 70 for spraying water to the coating delivery port 65 of the die head 60 .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
