Abstract:
To suitably switch the presence/absence of a request of fuel cut of an engine.SOLUTION: An engine device is equipped with an engine, a catalyst attached to an exhaust pipe of the engine, a first air/fuel ratio sensor attached to the upstream side of the catalyst of the exhaust pipe, and a second air/fuel ratio sensor attached to the downstream side of the catalyst of the exhaust pipe. When it is confirmed that an occlusion amount parameter relating to the oxygen occlusion amount of the catalyst based on an output value of the first air/fuel ratio sensor is less than a first threshold value, a request of fuel cut of the engine is started, and then when it is confirmed that the occlusion amount parameter is a second threshold value or more that is equal to or more than the first threshold value, the request of fuel cut of the engine is canceled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
