Abstract:
To provide an external composition for foam dispensers that contains a nonionic surfactant containing an oxyalkylene unit but shows an improvement in at least one of stickiness, dryness, and squeakiness of skin after the composition has been applied and dried.SOLUTION: An external composition for foam dispensers comprises (A component) a nonionic surfactant containing an oxyalkylene unit, (B component) a C1 to 3 alcohol, and (C component) ester oil.
