The method includes: receiving a first Identifier (ID) of visitor equipment, a visitor account and a second ID of control equipment from a client, the client being installed in the visitor equipment (101); acquiring a manager account bound with the second ID (102); and when it is determined that a predetermined relationship is satisfied between the visitor account and the manager account, determining the visitor equipment has a predetermined using permission according to the first ID (103).
