Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring radiation-sensitive composition for color filter of solid imaging element excellent in pigment dispersibility even with high pigment concentration, excellent in rectangle property of patterns and capable of easily forming good and high quality pixel patterns less in edge roughness and unexposed residue.SOLUTION: The coloring radiation-sensitive composition for color filter of solid imaging element contains (A) a pigment, (B) a pigment dispersant, (C) a photopolymerizable monomer, (D) an alkali soluble polymer, (E) a photoinitiator and (F) a solvent, where (B) the pigment dispersant is a polyallylamine derivative represented by the general formula (1).SELECTED DRAWING: None
