Abstract:
To provide a floating type shelter capable of being used as an independent room at normal times and used with ease for evacuation over a long period of time at times of disaster such as tidal waves and floods.SOLUTION: A floating type shelter 1 is a shelter capable of floating up along with rise of water level when surrounding water level rises due to a flood or the like and includes a shelter body 10, projection roofs 20, a guide unit 30, a floating body 40, and a revolving suppression mechanism 50. The shelter body 10 has an evacuation space 10a provided inside and is mounted on a ground surface 110. A pair of projection roofs 20 extend in a first direction D1 and are coupled with the shelter body 10 to be capable of revolution, and in addition, connected to a guide pillar 31 of the guide unit 30 slidably. The floating body 40 is attached to an end part of the projection roofs 20 and installed on the ground surface 110 through a pedestal. The revolving suppression mechanism 50 is connected to both the shelter body 10 and the projection roofs 20 and suppresses revolving variation and revolving oscillation of the projection roofs 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
