Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding, which is excellent in welding work efficiency in all position welding including a vertical position welding and furthermore can provide weld metal excellent in low temperature toughness, 0.2% proof stress, tensile strength, resistance to cracking at elevated temperature, and having little diffusible hydrogen quantity.SOLUTION: The flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding in which a shell made of steel is charged with a flux is provided that contains BaF, C, Si, Mn, Al, Mg, Ni, Zr, Fe and Li each in predetermined amount per a total wire mass, the value of BaFcontent/(Al content+Zr content) being 2.1 or more and 20.0 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
