Abstract:
To appropriately produce a fishtail-free box while avoiding an increase in a cost of an apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided a folder-gluer 1 that is configured in that: (1) when downstream portions of a first panel P1 and a fourth panel P4 are passing through a second bending plate 30, the second bending plate is pushed outward in a width direction by push-out forces of an air cylinder 32 and a push-out spring mechanism 37 to extend the downstream portions of the first and fourth panels in the width direction; and (2) when upstream portions of the first and fourth panels are passing through the second bending plate, the second bending plate is pushed back inward in the width direction by a resistance force applied to the second bending plate by the first and fourth panels, and the pushing forces of the air cylinder and the pushing spring mechanism are set so as not to extend the upstream portions of the first and fourth panels in the width direction, in which the push-out forces are not changed by control while the first and fourth panels are passing through the second bending plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
