PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard and a scaffold device that can be used for a structure having a different curvature of the outer surface.SOLUTION: A baseboard 3 comprises a rectangular baseboard main body 20 and mounting metal fittings 21 respectively provided at both ends of the baseboard main body 20 in the longitudinal direction.
