Abstract:
【課題】 室温で速硬化性がある付加反応型ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物であって、組成物の硬化物が、高い伸びを有し、応力緩和性に優れ、高温高湿下での信頼特性が良好であり、かつ、冷熱サイクルの信頼性に優れる、付加反応型ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、（Ａ１）である両末端アルケニル基含有直鎖状ポリシロキサンと；（Ｂ１）である両末端ＳｉＨ基含有直鎖状ポリシロキサンと；（Ｂ２）である架橋性ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンと；（Ａ２）である片末端アルケニル基含有直鎖状ポリシロキサン及び（Ｂ３）である片末端ＳｉＨ基含有直鎖状ポリシロキサンからなる群より選択される１以上と；（Ｃ）白金系触媒とを含み、Ａ１及びＡ２の合計１００重量部に対して、Ａ２は０重量部以上６０重量部以下であり、（ＨＢ１＋ＨＢ２＋ＨＢ３）／（ＶｉＡ１＋ＶｉＡ２）（式中、ＶｉＡ１、ＶｉＡ２、ＨＢ１、ＨＢ２、及び、ＨＢ３は、明細書に記載のとおりである）が０．６〜２．２である、硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。【選択図】 なし
