Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular headlamp apparatus capable of evoking attention, related to a vehicle itself, of a pedestrian possible to appear from behind of an on-coming vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular headlamp apparatus includes: article information obtainment means for obtaining information of an article ahead of a vehicle itself; an illumination device of which an illumination pattern of light toward ahead of the vehicle itself is variable; and a control device. Further, the control device includes: an on-coming vehicle identification part for identifying continuous two on-coming vehicles on the basis of the information of the article obtained by the article information obtainment means; an illumination pattern determination part for determining an illumination pattern to be illuminated between the two on-coming vehicles identified by the on-coming vehicle identification part; and a control part for controlling the illumination device on the basis of the illumination pattern determined by the illumination pattern determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
