Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-accuracy sphere size measuring apparatus capable of suppressing dispersion of measurement accuracy; and to provide a spherical body polishing device.SOLUTION: A sphere size measuring part 15 measures respective diameters of a ball to be measured under processing, and a standard sphere having the same material as the ball to be measured, and a target diameter of the ball to be measured. A dimensional difference calculation part 161 determines a dimensional difference between the diameter of the ball to be measured and the diameter of the standard sphere. A judgement part 162 compares the determined dimensional difference with a threshold, and judges whether the diameter of the ball to be measured reaches a targeted value or not.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
