Abstract:
Provided is a multi-dwelling unit building for which uniform countermeasures for heat exhausted from each living space are easily implemented and that is aesthetically appealing. In the multi-dwelling unit building, the height (L1) of the even numbered floors is higher than the height (L2, L3) of the odd numbered floors. A dedicated space D for equipment is provided above a passageway P on even numbered floors. A heat exhaust pipe 121 for accumulating the heat exhausted from living spaces R is disposed in the dedicated space D for equipment. The height of the dedicated space D for equipment is smaller than the difference between L1 and L2.
