PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an impeller and the impeller capable of imparting erosion resistance while suppressing cost without increasing manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing an impeller 10 according to thermofusion lamination forming, the impeller 10 in which material of a second kind of powder 202 is contained on a surface 15A of a wall 15 for dividing channels 14 of the impeller 10 and erosion resistance is imparted thereto is formed by repeating a first step S1 for supplying at least the first kind of powder 201, of the first kind of powder 201 consisting of metal material and a second kind of powder 202 capable of imparting erosion resistance, a second step S2 for applying an electron beam EB to a specified range in a target surface Tg based on cross-section data and a third step S3 for displacing a layer Ly formed through fusion and solidification by a thickness of the layer Ly with respect to a target surface Tg such that the layer Ly is laminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
