Abstract:
To provide an incision tool capable of preventing a cutting wire from being rotated by reliably fixing an inner handle at a desired angle with respect to a hollow shaft.SOLUTION: An incision tool 1 includes: a hollow shaft 11; a cutting wire 21; an inner handle 31 rotatable with respect to the hollow shaft 11 and extended toward the proximal end side of the hollow shaft 11; and an outer handle 41. The inner handle 31 has a slit 31c in a longitudinal direction. A part of the outer handle 41 is inserted to the slit 31c so as to enable the inner handle 31 and the outer handle 41 to be rotatable and longitudinally slidable by linkage with respect to the hollow shaft 11. The rotation of the inner handle 31 with respect to the hollow shaft 11 is restricted by magnetic force to act between a first magnetic element 51 arranged in the hollow shaft 11 and a second magnetic element 61 arranged in the inner handle 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
