PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, data providing system, data providing method, and data providing program capable of effectively providing a client device with data having high real-time performance.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: a storage unit that stores data and time information which indicates a time when the data is stored; a reception unit that receives a request message including an identifier corresponding to the data and a condition related to a time associated with the data, from a request source device; a retrieval unit that retrieves specific data which corresponds to the identifier and with which the time information satisfying the condition is associated, from the storage unit; an acquisition unit that obtains, when the specific data is stored in the storage unit as a retrieval result, the specific data from the storage unit, and obtains, when the specific data is not stored in the storage unit, the specific data from another device; and a transmission unit that transmits the specific data obtained by the acquisition unit, to the request source device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
