PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that carries out a stamp rally by merging a real world and a virtual space together using a messenger.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: means for transmitting a stamp that is certification information including an image and corresponds to a specified place to a terminal if the terminal satisfies a prescribed condition on the specified place; and means for detecting a chat with an account specified by using the terminal and for providing the terminal with privilege if detecting completion of transmitting all collection object stamps to the terminal whose chat with the specified account is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
