Abstract:
To provide an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing occurrence of variation due to an influence of pulsation in a pressure value detected by a pressure sensor.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine includes a second separator 32, a connection pipe, and a pressure sensor 54. Inside the second separator 32, a main chamber 12 positioned in a cylinder head cover 98 and a first auxiliary chamber 13 and a second auxiliary chamber 14 positioned inside a joint part 10 at a place outside of the cylinder head cover 98 are formed. The first auxiliary chamber 13 and the second auxiliary chamber 14 are partitioned by a partition wall 11. At the partition wall 11, a communication hole is formed for connecting the first auxiliary chamber 13 and the second auxiliary chamber 14. The first auxiliary chamber 13 is connected to the main chamber 12 via a throttle part 16. At the joint part 10, a first connection port 66 connected to the first auxiliary chamber 13 and a second connection port 67 connected to the second auxiliary chamber 14 are formed. The first connection port 66 is connected to an intake passage via a connection pipe. The second connection port 67 is connected to the pressure sensor 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
