PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive lead-free joining member usable at high temperatures and having high flexibility.SOLUTION: A joining member 10 containing tin as a main component has a three-dimensional network structure 12 containing tin as a main component. The three-dimensional network structure contains copper, and a copper content of an upper part is lower than a copper content of other parts.
