Abstract:
To provide a laminate film useful as a film for various processes and excellent in releasability.SOLUTION: The laminae film has a release layer at least on one face of a polyester film where a C7H11+ content for a 0-10 sec. of a spatter time of the release layer is 5.6% or more with respect to a C7H11+ content of a total in a depth direction of the release layer computed from a C7H11+ fragment ion strength in the depth direction of the release layer measured using a flight time secondary ion mass spectrometer (TOF-SIMS).SELECTED DRAWING: None
