PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately provide a user who receives a life watching service with information.SOLUTION: A life watching system 1 is attached to a user who receives a life watching service and comprises: a wearable device 10 for measuring the user's biological signal; and a life watching device 20 for watching the user's life on the basis of the biological signal measured by the wearable device 10. The life watching device 20 comprises: a feature amount calculation unit 23 for calculating a feature amount indicating the user's life rhythm on the basis of the biological signal measured by the wearable device 10; an abnormality determination unit 25 for determining the user's life rhythm abnormality on the basis of the user's feature amount calculated by the feature amount calculation unit 23 and rules for determining the user's life rhythm abnormality to create a message corresponding to the determination result; and a notification unit 26 for sending to the user and staff watching the user the message created by the abnormality determination unit 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
