Abstract:
To provide a liquid delivery system having a reduced size.SOLUTION: The liquid delivery system as a module type system which enables the distribution of liquid chemical substances includes a substrate block, the substrate block including at least two ports formed in the first main surface of the block, and a fluid passage extending between these two ports, the fluid passage being preferably a joint-less smooth fluid route whose capacity is wholly and strictly matches to the desirable flow of fluid so that fluid flows sufficiently and thoroughly all over the fluid passage and there is no stagnation capacity or region where the fluid stagnates in the fluid passage. The substrate block can be formed of a fluorine polymer using a new composition and a manufacturing process. A seal assembly is provided using a replaceable insert-type seal in combination with a seal having a protruded edge and a groove formed in a module type constituent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
