Title:
A magnetic sensor and a current sensor
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6282990
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor including a magnetoresistance effect element of which the sensitivity is unlikely to reduce even if preserved for a long time under a high temperature environment, and a current sensor employing the magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor comprises a magnetoresistance effect element 11 having a sensitivity axis in a specific direction. The magnetoresistance effect element has a laminated structure in which a fixed magnetic layer 21 and a free magnetic layer 23 are laminated via a non-magnetic material layer 22, and comprises a first anti-ferromagnetic layer 24 in which an exchange coupling bias is generated between the first anti-ferromagnetic layer and the free magnetic layer and a magnetization direction of the free magnetic layer can be aligned with a predetermined direction in a magnetization variable state. The free magnetic layer includes: a misfit reduction layer 23b which is provided in contact with the first anti-ferromagnetic layer and reduces lattice mismatching of the free magnetic layer to the first anti-ferromagnetic layer; and a ferromagnetic layer formed from a ferromagnetic material 23a provided at an opposite side of the misfit reduction layer at a side opposing the first anti-ferromagnetic layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
