PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail distribution system in which it is possible to provide an easily configured mail server, and it is not necessary for a reception member to provide personal information other than a mail address to the mail server.SOLUTION: The mail distribution system comprises: a mail server including a transmission member registration information storage part, a reception member registration information storage part and a function for transferring mail with reception conditions from a transmission member to a reception member; a mail transmission terminal having a transmission control function part; and a mail reception terminal having a reception control function part. The transmission control function part generates at least the mail with reception conditions to which conditions related to a reception place are attached, and transmits the mail to the mail server. The mail server transfers the received mail with reception conditions to the reception member. The reception control function part determines at least whether or not a position indicated by reception position information acquired by reception position information acquisition means matches conditions of a reception location of the mail with reception conditions, and determines whether to preset the mail with reception conditions to a user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
