Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when assembling a ball cage by inverting it after dismantling, a force of a ball for holding an engagement state is weak because each hook part is formed thin in thickness, the hook comes off by a collision of hands, implements, and the steel balls at the assembling of the steel balls, and a deformation state of the ball cage is released.SOLUTION: A cage for a linear guide device comprises a guide rail 4, and a bearing 10 which is movably arranged at the guide rail 4 in a longitudinal direction of the guide rail 4 via a plurality of steel balls 7. The cage is used in the linear guide device 1 in which a plurality of rolling grooves 16, 17 in which a plurality of the steel balls 7 roll are formed at a face opposing the guide rail 4 of the bearing 10, and protrusions 48 are fixed at both ends in the longitudinal direction for preventing the inversion of the ball cage 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
