The teeth number of second final drive gear Gfi2 is larger than the teeth number of first final drive gear Gfi1. Gfi1, a first-gear driven gear G1o, a second-gear driven gear G2o, a reverse-gear drive gear rotates unitarily with a second-gear driven gear G2o, a sixth-gear driven gear G6o and a fifth-gear driven gear are arranged to the first intermediate shaft A2, and Gfi2, a fourth-gear driven gear G4o, a third-gear driven gear G3o, a reverse-gear driven gear GRo and a seventh-gear driven gear are arranged to the second intermediate shaft A3 in order from the one side of axial direction. Accordingly, the transmission with four shafts without an idle shaft, whose overall length is short, can achieve a widening range of a reduction ratio.
