Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a core plate, which enables the improvement in magnetic property in a tooth part and which enables the prevention of the worsening of a magnetic property in a core back part.SOLUTION: The method is a method for manufacturing a core plate 1 having an annular core back part 11 and a plurality of tooth parts 12 extending from the core back part 11 toward a center O. The core plate 1 can be obtained by execution of: a stamping step; a winding step; a strain processing step; and an annealing step. In the strain processing step, the core back part 11 or a belt-shaped core back part 21 which makes the core back part 11 after being wound is imparted with a compressive strain. In the annealing step, the core back part 11 or the belt-shaped core back part 21 is recrystalized by annealing after the strain processing step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
