Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a film, in which the film having low content of a liquid component can be produced by preventing resin clogging in an extruder or foam biting failure at an outlet of a metal mold, and to provide the film obtained by using the method for producing the film.SOLUTION: The method for producing the film comprises: a step (A) of throwing a raw material resin in a multiaxial extruder; a step (B) of throwing a liquid from at least one place; a step (C) of mixing the thrown raw material resin with the thrown liquid; and a step (D) of extruding a raw material mixture, which comprises the thrown raw material resin and the thrown liquid, from the metal mold. The multiaxial extruder has no vent part. The temperature (T1) of the raw material mixture in a head part of the multiaxial extruder, the temperature (T2) of the raw material mixture at the outlet of the metal mold, and the boiling point (Tb) of the liquid under the atmospheric pressure satisfy the following expressions (1) and (2). The back pressure of the metal mold is 1.5 MPa or higher.
